Our History

4c Executive Launched

4c was launched in 2013 and became quickly established as the leading provider of true executive search services in Northern Ireland.

2013

4c Boardroom

4c Boardroom was introduced to 4c Executive's service. 4c Boardroom’s services include boardroom appointments, board assessment, succession planning and salary benchmarking.

2015

MSL Acquisition

In 2017 4c acquired MSL Search & Selection, a business that had been in the Executive Recruitment industry for almost 30 years.

2017

300 Milestone

4c Executive successfully delivered their 300th retained executive assignment. Since 2013, 4c Executive has delivered over 300 senior business-critical appointments across the private, public and third sectors.

2019

7twenty

Led by Richard Greenwood, 7twenty Professional Search was launched in direct response to client demand for a service that connects them with the best available talent for their middle-management roles.

2020

We engaged 7twenty Professional Search to support us with two business-critical, middle-management appointments within the finance and HR departments, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Both roles were new to our business so finding the right cultural fit as well as skill set was crucial.
